International Worldwide/Foreign Pharmacies
Most offshore sources are inexpensive and do not require a prescription.  These pharmacies provide an excellent alternative to those who require medication.  
As with any purchase on the internet, caution is advised.  The industry is riddled with criminals who prey on those in need.  
Caution: These pharmacies will send you the drugs you order.  What is over the counter in one country may require a  prescription in another.  It is your responsibility to  check and abide by all local laws where you reside.

Choosing a Pharmacy
There are five criteria used to select a pharmacy:
     1. Price: The lower the cost the better.  Do not forget to factor shipping costs.
     2. Availability:  Steroids, anti-anxiety drugs, and pain medications are only available at select pharmacies.  
     3. Location:  Some feel that Asian mail is more scrutinized than mail from other countries.  
     4. Delivery Time:  Shipping times can vary from a few days to six weeks depending on the source.
     5. Reliability:  The trustworthiness of the source should be considered.  Check our discussion board for updates.

Shipping for International Pharmacies
Airmail shipping is usually preferred. Airmail packages are less scrutinized.  Most are shipped discretely and usually arrive within a month.  Larger orders are divided into smaller quantities to evade detection.
Prescription orders can utilize overnight shipping options such as FedEx, DHL or Global Priority Mail.

Payment
The pharmacies in our system offer numerous payment options:
     1. Credit Card - Reliable/Fast, leaves a paper trail.
     2. Western Union - Somewhat expensive for small orders.
     3. Money Gram
     4. Wire Transfer - Somewhat expensive
     5. International Money Order
     6. Paypal

US Consultations
These services provide prescriptions.  Two types of consultations are available:
     1. Online consultation and questionnaires.  These are evaluated by a physician and then the medications are usually sent the next day.  
     2. In home/phone consultation:  A physician will call or visit you home.  This process is normally reserved for pain medications.  After a brief evaluation, medications are prescribed and delivered.  The process takes a few days.
